Customer Success Manager

Manage client relationships and corporate pilot rollouts as we scale past 25 locations. You'll be the primary point of contact ensuring every franchise operator sees measurable ROI from their AI employees.

What you'll do

  • Own post-sale client relationships from onboarding through renewal
  • Manage corporate pilot rollouts across multi-location franchise groups
  • Monitor client health metrics and proactively address churn risks
  • Conduct regular business reviews and performance reporting
  • Coordinate with engineering on client feature requests and integrations
  • Build scalable playbooks for onboarding and success processes

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years of customer success or account management experience
  • Experience managing B2B client relationships with measurable retention results
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Comfortable with data — you can pull insights and tell the story

Nice to have

  • Fitness, wellness, or franchise industry experience
  • SaaS or managed-service customer success background
  • Experience with multi-location or enterprise accounts
  • Familiarity with CRM and success tools (HubSpot, Intercom, etc.)
