Own outbound pipeline for franchise corporate partnerships. Target franchise HQ-level relationships that unlock 100+ locations per deal — the highest-leverage sales motion in the company.

What you'll do

  • Prospect and engage franchise corporate headquarters and multi-unit operators
  • Build and manage outbound pipeline targeting enterprise-level partnerships
  • Conduct discovery calls and qualify opportunities for founder-led closing
  • Develop account-based strategies for top franchise brands
  • Collaborate with CEO on deal strategy and positioning
  • Track and report pipeline metrics in CRM

What we're looking for

  • 2+ years of B2B outbound sales or BDR experience
  • Proven track record of pipeline generation in a high-velocity environment
  • Comfortable with cold outreach — calls, emails, and LinkedIn
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • CRM proficiency (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)

Nice to have

  • Franchise, fitness, or wellness industry experience
  • Enterprise or multi-location sales experience
  • SaaS or managed-service sales background
  • Existing relationships with franchise operators or corporate teams
