What you'll do
- Prospect and engage franchise corporate headquarters and multi-unit operators
- Build and manage outbound pipeline targeting enterprise-level partnerships
- Conduct discovery calls and qualify opportunities for founder-led closing
- Develop account-based strategies for top franchise brands
- Collaborate with CEO on deal strategy and positioning
- Track and report pipeline metrics in CRM
What we're looking for
- 2+ years of B2B outbound sales or BDR experience
- Proven track record of pipeline generation in a high-velocity environment
- Comfortable with cold outreach — calls, emails, and LinkedIn
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- CRM proficiency (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
Nice to have
- Franchise, fitness, or wellness industry experience
- Enterprise or multi-location sales experience
- SaaS or managed-service sales background
- Existing relationships with franchise operators or corporate teams
